Garment Anti-Slip Dispensing Liquid Silicone

Product Overview

This two-component addition-cure liquid silicone is designed for automated anti-slip dispensing on apparel textiles. Ideal for bras, activewear, elastic webbing, socks and shapewear, it works perfectly on low-adhesion fabrics like nylon, spandex and polyester. Paired with a dedicated textile primer and heat activation curing, it effectively solves common peeling and delamination issues.
Certified by OEKO-TEX Standard 100 (Class 1), RoHS and SGS, the cured silicone is skin-safe, odorless and compliant with global apparel safety standards.

Key Competitive Advantages

1. Superior Adhesion for Synthetic Fabrics

Our matched textile primer plus 80–120°C heat baking delivers strong anchoring on low-surface-energy synthetic fabrics. The silicone bonds tightly with fibers, resisting peeling and deformation after long-term stretching and frequent washing.

2. Precise & Clean Dispensing Molding

Optimized for automatic dispensing equipment, it supports custom linear, dot and wavy anti-slip patterns. It forms a uniform 0.15–0.4mm thin layer without penetrating fabrics, ensuring a neat garment finish.

3. Skin-Friendly & Breathable Comfort

Lightweight and highly elastic, the cured silicone preserves fabric softness. It delivers skin-friendly comfort and micro-breathability with no foreign body feeling for intimate and sports apparel.

4. Excellent Durability & Aging Resistance

Resistant to detergent, body wash and chlorinated water. It maintains stable anti-slip performance against long-term sun exposure and aging, perfect for long-lifespan apparel products.

5. Zero Damage to Elastic Fibers

The low-volatile addition-cure formula will not damage spandex elastic fibers during high-temperature curing, retaining fabric elasticity and extending garment service life.

Standard Production Process

Fabric Cleaning: Remove oil and dust with alcohol, then fully dry.
Primer Coating: Apply a thin, even layer of dedicated textile primer.
Heat Activation: Bake at 90–110°C for 6–12 minutes; cool to room temperature before dispensing.
Silicone Mixing: Mix at 100:10 ratio, stir and vacuum defoam for automated batching.
Dispensing: Apply custom anti-slip patterns with 0.15–0.4mm uniform thickness.
Final Curing: Cure at 110–120°C for 3–8 minutes and cool completely.
QC Test: Verify tensile strength and wash resistance with zero delamination.

Wide Application Scenarios

Intimate Apparel: Anti-slip strips for bra bands and shoulder straps
Sports & Activewear: Anti-slip waistbands for yoga, fitness and cycling wear
Hosiery: Anti-slip dots for socks and compression stockings
Shapewear: Non-slip elastic strips for waist, abdomen and thighs
Dresses & Casual Wear: Anti-slip decoration for necklines and hemlines
