Introduction

1. Low Viscosity 1,000–8,000 cps | Casting
Features: Great self-leveling & defoaming, fills tiny textures down to 0.1mm.
Uses: Baking molds, resin crafts, jewelry prototypes.
Note: Not for vertical brushing — will sag and leak.
2. Medium-High Thixotropic 15,000–50,000 cps | Brush Molding
Features: Stays vertical without dripping; layerable for thick molds.
Uses: Sculptures, cement & large decorative molds.
Note: Too thin causes sagging; too thick leaves brush marks.
3. Ultra-High Viscosity ≥80,000 cps | Calendering
Features: Firm consistency, non-sticky to rollers, uniform sheet output.
Uses: Silicone sheets, waterproof rolls, gaskets mass production.
Note: Poor flow, only for calender equipment.
4. Custom LSR Injection Silicone | Automatic Injection
Features: Balanced fluidity, fast high-temperature curing, food-safe (FDA/GB4806/SGS).
Uses: Pacifiers, seals, electronic keypads, medical silicone parts.
Note: Exclusive for injection machines; not interchangeable with casting silicone.

General Tips
- Low temperature raises viscosity; hot weather thins silicone.
- Colorants/fillers thicken silicone, reserve viscosity margin.
