Silicone Rubber Material with Both Insulation and Antistatic Properties
Antistatic insulating silicone is a thermosetting silicone with ionic antistatic agents (0.0001~5 parts/100 parts silicone), suitable for wire protection, remote control devices and other applications needing both insulation and antistatic properties.
It overcomes traditional flaws (polyether: high-temperature decomposition; carbon black: poor insulation, black-only), with cured products stable at 60-450℃, colorable, and compatible with conventional processes (curing time: seconds to 1 day).
Production methods: injection, compression, calendering, extrusion, coating, screen printing; curing at 60-450℃, compatible with existing silicone processing systems.
Traditional antistatic silicone uses polyether (high-temperature unstable) or carbon black (poor insulation, black-only); the new ionic agent works in thermosetting/addition silicone for excellent dual performance.
The ionic antistatic agent is applicable to thermosetting/thermally conductive silicone, with flexible molding methods for different product shapes.
