Mold Silicone Operation

There are three mold opening methods for silicone molds: wrapping mold, brushing mold, and pouring mold. The wrapping mold operation method: the craft replica silicone is a flowing white liquid, divided into two groups: Group A is silicone, Group B is curing agent, for example: 100 grams of silicone plus 2% curing agent, stir evenly, pour into the prepared mold, and place it in a vacuum machine for vacuuming. Reaction of silicone and curing agent ratio

· When the curing agent is added at 1%, the gel will still flow for 2.5 hours, and can be demolded in 6-8 hours.

· When the curing agent is added at 2%, the gel will still flow for 50 minutes to 1 hour, and can be demolded in 2-3 hours.

· When the curing agent is added at 3%, the gel will still flow for 28-30 minutes, and can be demolded in 1.5-2 hours.

· When the curing agent is added at 4%, the gel will still flow for 10-15 minutes, and can be demolded in 1-1.5 hours.

Mold Silicone Storage Instructions

· Shelf life: Below room temperature 25℃ without opening the package, 12 months.

· Packaging specifications: This product is packaged in iron barrels, with specifications of 25kg and 200kg.

· This product should be stored in a dry and sealed container at room temperature, and must not come into contact with water to prevent deterioration.
